TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the JC Numero App website and mobile application (“App”) operated by Chaudhry Nummero Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing, registering for or using the App or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any other policies or service-specific terms displayed on the relevant purchase or booking page.
1. SERVICES
JC Numero App provides numerology-related services, including personalised numerology calculations, readings, reports, compatibility analysis, consultations, bookings, subscriptions and other related services (“Services”).
The Services are interpretive and informational in nature and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological or other professional advice. No particular result or outcome is guaranteed.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
The Services are intended for persons 18 years or older. You must provide accurate and complete information while creating an account or using the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU
You may be required to provide information such as your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth and other information necessary for the selected Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate. If you provide information relating to another person, you confirm that you have the necessary authority or permission to do so.
4. CONSULTATIONS AND REPORTS
Consultations and appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Personalised reports and numerology readings are generated using the information provided by you and the methodology applicable to the selected Service. Results are interpretive and should not be relied upon as guaranteed predictions or advice. The Company shall not be responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of any numerology reading, report or consultation.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
The App may offer Usage Basis and/or one-time purchases. Applicable prices, taxes, subscription period and features will be displayed before purchase. Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
6. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Payments may be processed through authorised Bank. Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy applicable to the relevant Service. The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused solely by banks, payment gateways or other payment intermediaries.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- provide false or misleading information;
- misuse or interfere with the App or its security;
- attempt unauthorised access to any system or account;
- copy, reproduce, sell or commercially exploit our Content without permission;
- upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing material; or
- use automated tools to scrape or extract our Content without permission.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, designs, reports, graphics, trademarks, logos, text and other materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to the Company.
You may use purchased reports and Services for your personal use only. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
9. PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, retain and delete personal information.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may use third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, communication services, analytics tools and app stores.
Such services may have their own terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the independent practices of such third parties, except as required by applicable law.
11. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary due to violation of these Terms, fraudulent or unlawful activity, security concerns, non-payment or legal requirements.
You may request deletion of your account through the available account deletion facility. Deletion remains subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
13. CHANGES TO SERVICES AND TERMS
We may modify the Services or update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published with the revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required by law, appropriate notice or consent will be obtained before material changes take effect.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

We at JC Numero App welcome you to the world of numerology. Please be apprised that our services inclusive of numerology, numerology reports, and consultations are advisory in nature. The features, analysis, calculations, predictions and recommendations made / given in numerology are indicative which are intended to provide insight and guidance to the user on best efforts and knowledge basis-which may be treated with discretion. The numerology can only provide potential and contingencies as a matter of opinion and we do not guarantee any of its forecasts and hereby disclaims any responsibility for consequences resulting from decisions based on such predictions. JC Numero App makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or significance of any aspect of the Numerological results and will not be responsible for any interpretation or use that may be made of it by the user. We encourage the user to use your own judgment before making any significant life decisions based on the advice generated through the App. The guidance provided herein is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). The user acknowledges that any reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, or information shall be at the users’ risk.
All calculations are made on the basis of inputs given by the client. If the information given is wrong, the predictions will be given only based on the information furnished.
The services provided through the JC Numero App has been provided on ‘as is’ basis and ‘Chaudhry Nummero Private Limited’ [‘CNPL’] makes no representation or warranty of any kind concerning the reliability, accuracy, quality, content, suitability, adequacy, completeness, merchantability, or usefulness of any service, data, information, output, apparatus, product, or process disclosed or their fitness for any particular purpose. The decision to use JC Numero App or any information contained generated or contained therein will be the user’s own decision based solely on its own inputs, evaluation and assessment.
CNPL disclaims all and any liability and responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from, arising out of, or any way related to JC Numero App and/or its results and derivations thereof, to anyone who has used /read /referred the same, or otherwise, in respect of the consequences of anything done or omitted to be done by any such person/entity in reliance upon the same whereby CNPL as well as its Directors shall not be held responsible for the above. The information and output generated is for reference purpose only and do not entitle the user to any legal claims of any nature whatsoever.
