1. LICENSE TO USE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. USER ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. At registration, you consent to receive marketing messages via SMS, email, WhatsApp etc.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

• Use the App for any commercial, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the App.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its Content.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code that could interfere with, disrupt, or impair the integrity or performance of the App, its servers, or networks.
• Upload or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes on any third-party rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content accessible through the App, including text, graphics, reports, and software, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the content without explicit permission.

5. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Fees: Certain premium features of the Services may require payment, either through a one-time purchase or on subscription basis. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete a purchase.
• Billing: Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. The Company does not collect or store your sensitive payment information.
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions will expire automatically at the end of the subscription period and will not renew unless you choose to purchase a new subscription
• Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partially used subscription periods.

6. PRIVACY

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to data processing as described.

7. DISCLAIMER

The App provides Numerology insights for informational and guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information. All calculations/Predictions made/given for anyone are only possibilities. Please refer to the full Disclaimer for detailed terms as Annexed herewith.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may uninstall the App at any time to stop use.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Delhi.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time, notifying you via the App or other means. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated Terms.

We at JC Numero welcome you to the world of numerology. Please be apprised that our services inclusive of numerology, numerology reports, and consultations are advisory in nature. The features, analysis, calculations, predictions and recommendations made / given in numerology are indicative which are intended to provide insight and guidance to the user on best efforts and knowledge basis-which may be treated with discretion. The services provided through the JC Numero App has been provided on ‘as is’ basis and ‘Chaudhry Nummero Private Limited’ [‘CNPL’] makes no representation or warranty of any kind concerning the reliability, accuracy, quality, content, suitability, adequacy, completeness, merchantability, or usefulness of any service, data, information, output, apparatus, product, or process disclosed or their fitness for any particular purpose. The decision to use JC Numero App or any information contained generated or contained therein will be the user’s own decision based solely on its own inputs, evaluation and assessment.

CNPL disclaims all and any liability and responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from, arising out of, or any way related to JC Numero App and/or its results and derivations thereof, to anyone who has used /read /referred the same, or otherwise, in respect of the consequences of anything done or omitted to be done by any such person/entity in reliance upon the same whereby CNPL as well as its Directors shall not be held responsible for the above. The information and output generated is for reference purpose only and do not entitle the user to any legal claims of any nature whatsoever.
